Dry tea leaf shape – They are from plant’s tip parts, consistent, and fresh.5. Dry tea color - It has a pretty brownish green color that confirms its freshness also the proper “dry stir fry” skills.6. In hot water - Leafs are consistent, and are healthy and tender leafs.
